It is just 1 minute away from National park Entrance and government elephant stable. It was established in 1986 AD. It has local style cottages as well as building room for our guest’s service. The area is full of greenery and well maintained garden with seasonable flowers. It looks really pretty all the season.  We provide all kinds of food for our guests such as Indian, continental, Chinese and Nepali delicious food; most of the vegetables are grown in our own fully organic garden. Chitwan National Park (CNP)

Chitwan national park is one of the finest national parks in the world. It is Nepal’s first and best national park. The park is situated in south central Nepal, covering 932 sq. km. And 750 square kilometres of buffer zone area. Chitwan national park consists of tropical and subtropical forests such as Sal forests Riverine forests and Grassland. Sal forests occupied 70 percent of the park. Sal leaves are used by Hindu people for plates in festivals and religious offerings. The area was known as “Four Mile Forest” and a hunting reserve for big game hunting until 1951. In 1963, the area south of the Rapti River was demarcated as rhinoceros sanctuary. The area was gazetted as the country’s first national park in 1973. Recognizing its unique ecosystem of international significance, UNESCO declared Chitwan national park a world heritage site in 1984 AD

This national park is home for more than 55 species of mammals, over 625 species of birds and 55 species of amphibians and reptiles. The endangered species found in this national park are Royal Bengal Tiger, One Horned Rhinoceros, Gaur bison, Asian Wild Elephant, Pangolin, Golden Monitor lizard, Python etc. Birds include Bengal Florican, lesser Florican, Giant Hornbill, Black Stork, White Stork etc.
